Business Simulation Program
Make decisions in a simulated competitive market, see the results, and turn financial statements into the shared language of your management team.
Program Overview
EIMA delivers a world-class business and finance simulation program. Participants run a simulated company in teams, deciding on products, pricing, capacity, and investment over several rounds of market competition, and see the consequences of each decision in that round's P&L and balance sheet. The program is designed for leaders and successor teams without a finance background; no accounting knowledge is required.
